What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture.
• Facilitate workshops and manage data migration planning with technical leads.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping and design frameworks to ensure delivery consistency.
• Mentor junior colleagues to elevate team standards and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 5+ years of client-facing software implementation experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with professional services platforms like DealCloud, InterAction, or Litera.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Confidence in leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
• Degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.

• SQL or relational database knowledge.
