Salary: $129,200 – $175,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end survey programs, from research and question design through analysis and storytelling.
- Partner with People Analytics, Talent Management, and HRBPs to align survey content with organizational priorities.
- Manage project planning, stakeholder alignment, and the deployment of various listening moments (onboarding, pulse, exit).
- Analyze survey results to uncover patterns and create compelling narratives for senior leadership.
- Implement AI-supported insights to simplify data interpretation and action planning for people managers.
- Integrate listening insights into broader workforce analytics dashboards and organizational decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, People Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in employee listening, survey design, or consulting-oriented HR roles.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end talent or listening programs and deliver high-quality insights.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, BI tools, and survey platforms.
- Hybrid presence in San Jose, CA or Morrisville, NC is required.
