TL;DR

VP, HR - AI Enterprise Change Management (AI/HR): Leading the integration of artificial intelligence into the corporate workforce with an accent on culture, capability, and change adoption. Focus on designing enterprise-wide change strategies, role redesign, and AI literacy programs to evolve ways of working.

Location: Must be based in the US and able to commute to a hirify.global Hub (e.g., Stamford, CT)

Salary: $130,000 - $210,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Develop and lead the HR AI change management strategy to align business areas with the enterprise AI vision and roadmap.
  • Establish frameworks for assessing AI-driven workforce impacts, including role redesign and skill evolution.
  • Define and measure key success indicators for AI adoption, engagement, and cultural enablement.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Learning teams to define AI literacy, upskilling, and reskilling programs.
  • Manage people risk governance and ethical AI policies via active participation in the Generative AI Risk Subcommittee.
  • Guide leaders and managers in supporting their teams through AI-driven transitions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR and organizational change experience in transformation, digital adoption, or enterprise change management.
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale change initiatives affecting workforce roles, culture, and capability.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and their implications for workforce transformation.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

  • Ability to anticipate risks and controls related to AI impact on the organization.
  • Strong storytelling skills to communicate strategic visions to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed, global organizations.
