What you will do
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of 's learning platform (LMS/LXP), treating it as a product to improve experience based on data.
- Design and deliver end-to-end, async-first learning programs for onboarding, leadership development, and AI upskilling.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the creation, curation, and translation of content into structured learning journeys.
- Collaborate with GTM, People Ops, G&A, and Engineering teams to identify skill gaps and deliver scalable solutions.
- Define success metrics and report on learning engagement and business outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, or LMS administration.
- Proven track record of configuring and driving adoption for an LMS, LXP, or similar platform.
- Experience building dynamic async programs using modules, videos, and guides.
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional programs and align stakeholders.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
