TL;DR

CX Learning & Development Facilitation & Programs Manager (L&D): Leading a team of facilitators to deliver and improve high-impact learning programs for the Customer Experience organization with an accent on facilitation strategy and cohort-based experiences. Focus on people management, AI integration into learning workflows, and scaling instructional delivery.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office). Must be based in Denver, New York, San Francisco, or Phoenix.

Salary: $106,940 - $169,000

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of facilitators, providing feedback and development plans to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee the facilitation strategy and execution for onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of high-impact L&D programs based on data and feedback.
  • Partner with instructional designers and senior stakeholders to align L&D initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Integrate and systematize AI tools within the L&D lifecycle to accelerate program design and analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of L&D experience with a strong emphasis on facilitation and program management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and fostering an inclusive growth culture.
  • Practical fluency with AI tools, including LLMs and prompt engineering, applied to learning solutions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be based in Denver, CO; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Phoenix, AZ.
