What you will do

• Lead technical and product demos throughout the pre- and post-sales cycles.
• Conduct technical workshops and provide implementation guidance for institutional clients.
• Manage continuous client relationships by understanding their technical architecture and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to contribute to new feature development.
• Act as a client advocate, providing feedback to internal teams and communicating requirements to Sales.
• Create compelling technical demos and explain complex API integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York and able to work full-time onsite.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
• 5+ years of deep knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or financial services.
• Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
