What you will do

• Act as a technical and functional advisor for customers leveraging public accounting and GASB expertise.
• Implement and optimize hirify.global product suites to align technical architecture with financial and compliance requirements.
• Lead complex customer engagements, performing discovery and in-depth technical assessments to maximize product adoption.
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and develop tailored strategies to solve non-standard business scenarios.
• Document customer technical objectives, timelines, and outcomes while effectively prioritizing and escalating issues.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases and represent the company at industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years experience implementing, supporting, or managing SaaS software.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX for on-site work.
• Advanced technical aptitude for analyzing complex systems and communicating concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Texas CPA license.
• Experience with government finance software (ERP, budgeting, procurement) or government services software.
• Prior experience working within local government.
• Background in customer success, professional services, or technical support.
