What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in an assigned territory to build and grow the merchant network.
  • Use a field-first approach with daily merchant visits, local event attendance, and relationship nurturing.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and drop-ins through negotiation and close, using in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Act as a local market expert to identify untapped opportunities aligned with customer demand.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and track activity and performance metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience, plus strong inside sales skills.
  • Full-cycle sales methodology experience with emphasis on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with local fitness/wellness industries and networks is a plus.
