What you will do

• Perform complete cybersecurity risk assessments for new projects and system changes using GRC tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies, international standards, and Belgian/European regulations.
• Support the organizational process for full ISO 27001 certification.
• Define security requirements for RFQs and RFPs and evaluate vendor responses.
• Integrate AI agentic solutions to improve cybersecurity process efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders for security implementation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• CISSP and ISO 27001 Certified Lead Implementer certifications are mandatory.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment using Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• CISM certification.
• Background in network or web engineering.
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
