Salary: €4,024 – €5,747 gross monthly

What you will do

• Perform in-depth reviews of security documentation, architecture, and designs.
• Facilitate threat modeling and security risk assessments.
• Embed security controls and best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Advise on secure design, implementation, and application lifecycle management.
• Co-develop internal security tools, services, and automation.
• Create security training materials and improve visibility through metrics and dashboards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of secure software development, threat modeling, and cloud security (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and security automation tooling (SAST, DAST, SIEM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in Utrecht, NL.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud Foundry, PEGA, or BI tooling.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
