TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and monitor security measures to protect data, applications, and network infrastructures.
  • Advise clients on technical cybersecurity choices including architecture, modeling, and system hardening.
  • Perform incident response, reverse engineering, and root cause analysis for security violations.
  • Prepare security architecture files, justification files, and interconnection policies.
  • Contribute to internal offer development and participate in commercial business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm with cybersecurity projects.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands.
  • Strong knowledge of IP networks, operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows, macOS), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Blockchain technology.
  • Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
