TL;DR

Associate Cybersecurity Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the execution of the Cybersecurity Program through risk management, control validation, and process transparency with an accent on cybersecurity risk and control effectiveness. Focus on documenting processes, evaluating controls, and ensuring alignment with NIST and ISO frameworks.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in office), Arlington or Fort Worth, TX. Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Document cybersecurity processes to drive consistency and clarity across the program.
• Evaluate and test cybersecurity controls to assess effectiveness and program maturity.
• Identify and recommend process and control improvements to strengthen overall performance.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to validate control ownership and align requirements.
• Support regulatory and audit-related activities by organizing and delivering required information.
• Develop reporting and insights to support informed decision-making by leadership.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in large and complex business environments.
• Knowledge of the latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, and vulnerabilities.
• Ability to apply advanced information security standards/frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication.
• Must not require visa sponsorship for this position.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
