What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for native connectors and the partner ecosystem.
• Build close feedback loops with technology partners to drive co-innovation and expand integration surfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering to balance connector stability, feature coverage, and developer experience.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to prioritize ecosystem investments based on data-backed opinions.
• Represent the product publicly through conference talks, blog posts, and community engagement.
• Build a design partner program to co-develop solutions with highly engaged users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep domain expertise in the modern data integration landscape (streaming, orchestration, ETL/ELT, or developer platforms).
• Technical depth to lead discussions on APIs, schema design, performance trade-offs, and connector architecture.
• Background working with open-source software or developer-focused products.
• Strong written and verbal communication for presenting strategies to executives and engineering leadership.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with high ownership and limited hand-holding.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as an integration/ecosystem product manager, engineer, or solutions architect.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or other databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience working in remote, multi-timezone environments.
