Senior Product Manager (Data Platform & Connectors)

Location: Remote in the United States; Salt Lake City, United States. hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Salary: $139,689–$182,372 (Zone C), $151,470–$197,753 (Zone B), or $168,300–$219,725 (Zone A) base pay annually in the United States.

What you will do

• Set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for DX’s Data Cloud and connector ecosystem.
• Prioritize connector investments based on customer demand, market context, strategic leverage, and downstream product needs.
• Improve connector setup, authentication, configuration, data mapping, synchronization health, and troubleshooting.
• Define requirements for data quality, freshness, completeness, reliability, transparency, privacy, and security.
• Partner with Engineering on the unified data layer and own capabilities supporting a reliable, representative demo environment.
• Work with customer-facing and go-to-market teams on discovery, pilots, launches, documentation, and positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with independent ownership of a technical product area.
• Experience with data connectors, integrations, ETL/ELT systems, data platforms, or adjacent infrastructure products.
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, data models, database design, and data lakes or warehouses.
• Ability to engage with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs while focusing on customer problems and product outcomes.
• Understanding of reliability, security, scalability, and trust requirements for enterprise data products.
• Strong customer discovery, prioritization, synthesis, written communication, and ambiguity-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building self-service connector or integration platforms.
• Product experience in developer tools, data infrastructure, observability, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience serving data engineering, platform engineering, or developer productivity teams.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or firsthand experience using DX as a customer.
