Location: Must be based in the United States, or Ontario/British Columbia, Canada
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (based on geographic pay zones)

What you will do
- Own day-to-day administration of the Salesforce org, including user management, security, and permissions.
- Administer Salesforce CPQ, including product catalogs, price books, and quote-to-cash workflows.
- Build and maintain declarative automation using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Manage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment within a CI/CD pipeline.
- Partner with developers and architects to maintain data integrity and address technical debt.
- Serve as a scrum master in rotation to facilitate agile ceremonies and unblock the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in declarative tools like Flow and validation rules.
- Experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams in an agile/scrum environment.
- Must have valid right to work authorization in the country of employment.
Nice to have
- Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) certification.
- Salesforce Platform Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
