What you will do

• Design and build robust solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into maintainable, production-grade technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using middleware and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement AI-driven automations to improve data quality and reduce manual operational overhead.
• Manage release cycles, version control, and technical documentation to ensure system reliability.
• Audit and reduce technical debt by converting legacy code to declarative solutions where appropriate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering environment.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, and advanced Flows).
• Solid background in Java development.
• Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Clear, confident English communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and SuiteScript.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into business workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, or dbt.
• Salesforce or NetSuite certifications.
