What you will do

  • Evolve and harden the Salesforce org, managing technical debt and strengthening the data model for scale.
  • Own the Salesforce instance end-to-end, performing both administration and custom development using Apex and Flows.
  • Design, prototype, and ship GTM workflows and internal tooling using agentic coding tools like Claude Code.
  • Build and maintain automation across the full GTM stack, including CRM, enrichment, outreach, and CPQ/billing.
  • Strengthen data models and integrations to ensure reliable pipeline reporting and forecasting.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into documented, repeatable systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or Boston.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer (Apex, Flows, data modeling).
  • Proven track record of scaling and re-architecting complex Salesforce organizations during company growth.
  • Proficiency with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to ship business-critical workflows.
  • Broad systems expertise across the GTM stack and how revenue tooling connects end-to-end.
  • Experience as a senior or technical lead in RevOps/GTM Systems within a small team.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with developer-tools or technical B2B SaaS go-to-market.
  • Experience building or scaling agentic workflows specifically for sales and marketing teams.
  • Exposure to various enrichment, outreach, CPQ/billing, and BI platforms.
