What you will do

• Customize and scale Salesforce objects, fields, and validation rules to support sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Build and maintain flows and integrations to reduce manual work and ensure data accuracy.
• Own CPQ and commissions configuration to streamline pricing and quoting workflows.
• Deliver actionable reports and dashboards for leadership to track pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Drive data hygiene through cleansing routines and deduplication strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Admin Certifications (ADM-201 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, automation tools, and data management.
• Experience with agile sprint methodology and Jira.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
• Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills.
