TL;DR

Salesforce Administrator (SaaS): Managing and enhancing the core revenue tech stack to unlock efficiency for client-facing roles with an accent on technical solution building and system optimization. Focus on implementing innovative solutions, supporting internal users, and collaborating with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement teams.

Location: Must live within commuting distance of the London office (flexible work policy regarding office days).

Salary: £41,000 - £60,000 GBP

What you will do

  • Manage and enhance the core tech stack, including Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Build technical solutions based on user requirements gathered by the Revenue Operations team.
  • Provide high-level technical support and education to internal customers to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations to implement innovative system optimizations.
  • Drive innovation by leading the implementation of new ideas to empower sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue or sales operations using Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, or Salesloft.
  • Must reside within commuting distance of the London office.
  • Ability to take ownership of learning new processes and delivering results in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong team player with a passion for helping others leverage technology.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
  • Previous experience working within a SaaS business model.
