What you will do

• Analyze and document client network environments to determine root causes of incidents.
• Troubleshoot complex server, network, and connectivity issues independently.
• Provide escalated support and technical leadership to the engineering team.
• Implement and maintain client standards based on best practices.
• Manage security risks and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data uptime.
• Consult with clients on applications and general computing processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of desktop and/or server support experience.
• Must be based in the Miami area for onsite client support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, LAN/WAN networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Availability for after-hours work and on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Net+ certification.
• MCSE or MCITP: Server Administrator certification.
• VCA/VCP certification.
