What you will do

• Lead the strategy and operations for core business systems including Salesforce, Atlassian, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365.
• Define integration architecture and manage vendor relationships to ensure operational reliability and data integrity.
• Drive the adoption and governance of enterprise AI and productivity tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Oversee end-user compute, service desk operations, and office infrastructure globally.
• Ensure identity and access management (IAM) and security policies are strictly enforced across the estate.
• Provide ExCo-ready reporting on portfolio health, investment priorities, and risk management.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise technology or business systems functions in a fast-moving, commercial organization.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, Zendesk, Microsoft 365, Slack, and AI productivity platforms.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders at a senior level, including Finance, HR, and Sales leaders.
• Solid grounding in IT operations governance, IAM, and endpoint management.
• Must be able to work in an office-first hybrid environment in New York.
