What you will do

• Design, configure, and monitor infrastructure including VMs, storage, servers, and network policies.
• Maintain and optimize on-premises and hybrid environments, managing OS and middleware upgrades.
• Plan and execute patch management, compliance, and support infrastructure migrations.
• Implement and test disaster recovery (DR) solutions and backup/restore processes.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and IaaS tools.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members while coordinating with external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar system administration role.
• Hands-on experience with data center operations and infrastructure system design.
• Strong understanding of IT processes and information technologies.
• Active knowledge of English language.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
