What you will do
- Design, configure, and monitor infrastructure including VMs, storage, servers, and network policies.
- Maintain and optimize on-premises and hybrid environments, managing OS and middleware upgrades.
- Plan and execute patch management, compliance, and support infrastructure migrations.
- Implement and test disaster recovery (DR) solutions and backup/restore processes.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and IaaS tools.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members while coordinating with external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar system administration role.
- Hands-on experience with data center operations and infrastructure system design.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and information technologies.
- Active knowledge of English language.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
