What you will do

  • Execute a daily cadence of outbound emails and phone calls to meet monthly opportunity and meeting quotas.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new accounts matching the ideal customer profile.
  • Develop highly effective and personalized email sequences to engage targeted accounts.
  • Present hirify.global's product suite and explain how solutions address prospect-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to refine sales strategies and improve success rates.
  • Maintain precise activity and account information within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SaaS selling experience or business development in a high-velocity sales organization.
  • Proven ability to craft personalized emails and creatively overcome objections.
  • Strong communication skills across email, video conferencing, and phone.
  • Proficiency with the sales stack: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Chorus.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of success in remote work.
