Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) — Must be located in the San Francisco area and work from the office three days a week
Salary: Base salary starting at $65,000/year + Uncapped Commission

What you will do
- Manage top-of-funnel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify potential customers.
- Create compelling messaging to engage senior leaders and break through the noise.
- Book qualified meetings and collaborate with Account Executives to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- Utilize CRM to track activity, report metrics, and iterate on outreach strategies.
- Study the platform to tailor conversations to specific industry pain points.
- Contribute ideas to help develop a world-class sales motion.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in fast-paced, competitive environments (sales, athletics, performing arts, etc.).
- Must be located in the San Francisco area.
- Strong communication skills with confidence and charisma for cold calling and handling objections.
- Competitive mindset, grit, and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and a bias toward action in a startup setting.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools for prospecting.
