TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into qualified pipeline for a supplier risk intelligence platform with an accent on outbound sales techniques and senior decision-maker engagement. Focus on driving pipeline growth through creative outreach and mastering the hirify.global platform to solve industry pain points.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) — Must be located in the San Francisco area and work from the office three days a week

Salary: Base salary starting at $65,000/year + Uncapped Commission

What you will do

  • Manage top-of-funnel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify potential customers.
  • Create compelling messaging to engage senior leaders and break through the noise.
  • Book qualified meetings and collaborate with Account Executives to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize CRM to track activity, report metrics, and iterate on outreach strategies.
  • Study the hirify.global platform to tailor conversations to specific industry pain points.
  • Contribute ideas to help develop a world-class sales motion.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in fast-paced, competitive environments (sales, athletics, performing arts, etc.).
  • Must be located in the San Francisco area.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence and charisma for cold calling and handling objections.
  • Competitive mindset, grit, and resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and a bias toward action in a startup setting.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools for prospecting.
