What you will do

• Own and optimize the lead lifecycle management from campaign engagement to BDR/Sales routing.
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards focused on MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, and attribution.
• Support BDR/SDR teams with process design, territory alignment, and activity tracking.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation data governance across Salesforce and integrated tools.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline marketing workflows, lead scoring, and data enrichment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT) to align GTM systems and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing, BD, Revenue, or GTM Operations within a high-growth SaaS organization.
• Advanced expertise with Salesforce CRM, including reporting and process optimization.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable strategic insights.
• Proven track record of driving process automation and adoption across GTM teams.
