What you will do

• Develop lightweight internal tools using no-code/low-code platforms and scripting.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and manual workflows to scale the business predictably.
• Ensure sustained tool adoption by monitoring and optimizing value delivery post-rollout.
• Act as a technical translator between Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Create maintainable documentation to ensure tools are scalable and easily handed over.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Business Operations, Engineering, or an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated ability to ship functional tools using AI-assisted development or low-code/no-code automation.
• Strong diagnostic skills to trace process inefficiencies to their root causes.
• Self-directed approach to priority management and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Atlassian, and MS365.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and Git.
• Background in a startup or scale-up environment.
