What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global team of analysts, including Salesforce admins and developers.
• Define vision, strategy, and OKRs for the Analysis and Compliance team.
• Manage SOX controls and compliance as a product, integrating them into the PDLC/SDLC cycle.
• Influence senior leadership on GTM process standardization and transformation strategy.
• Oversee vendor relationships and external consultants.
• Drive organizational readiness for AI-enabled GTM operations and automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Program, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in people management and sales automation technology.
• Expertise in Salesforce and sales automation tools (e.g., Conga, Outreach, Salesloft).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Past experience as a Manager of Managers.
• Experience managing AI/ML integration into sales workflows.
• PMP certification or experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Salesforce certifications.
