What you will do
- Lead and mentor a global team of analysts, including Salesforce admins and developers.
- Define vision, strategy, and OKRs for the Analysis and Compliance team.
- Manage SOX controls and compliance as a product, integrating them into the PDLC/SDLC cycle.
- Influence senior leadership on GTM process standardization and transformation strategy.
- Oversee vendor relationships and external consultants.
- Drive organizational readiness for AI-enabled GTM operations and automation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Program, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
- 5+ years of experience in people management and sales automation technology.
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales automation tools (e.g., Conga, Outreach, Salesloft).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Past experience as a Manager of Managers.
- Experience managing AI/ML integration into sales workflows.
- PMP certification or experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Salesforce certifications.
