TL;DR

Manager, Revenue Operations (AdTech): Driving operational excellence across the revenue organization by optimizing systems, processes, and reporting with an accent on scalability and revenue performance. Focus on managing Salesforce, improving forecasting accuracy, and partnering with leadership to enable sustainable growth.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada) - Must work on-site three days per week in the downtown Toronto office.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus

What you will do

  • Partner with the COO and Sales leadership to identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to support revenue growth.
  • Design and implement scalable frameworks and processes across the revenue lifecycle to improve efficiency and adoption.
  • Serve as the business owner for Salesforce and related revenue technologies, defining requirements and partnering with technical resources for implementation.
  • Analyze performance data and forecasting trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology teams to create visibility across the revenue engine.

Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech environment.
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce, including pipeline management, reporting, and territory planning.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable operational workflows and processes.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen to connect operational metrics to business outcomes.
  • Capability to operate independently and adapt in a fast-moving environment without a predefined roadmap.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the downtown Toronto office for a hybrid schedule.
