Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada) - Must work on-site three days per week in the downtown Toronto office.
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus

What you will do
- Partner with the COO and Sales leadership to identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to support revenue growth.
- Design and implement scalable frameworks and processes across the revenue lifecycle to improve efficiency and adoption.
- Serve as the business owner for Salesforce and related revenue technologies, defining requirements and partnering with technical resources for implementation.
- Analyze performance data and forecasting trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology teams to create visibility across the revenue engine.
Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech environment.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce, including pipeline management, reporting, and territory planning.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable operational workflows and processes.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen to connect operational metrics to business outcomes.
- Capability to operate independently and adapt in a fast-moving environment without a predefined roadmap.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the downtown Toronto office for a hybrid schedule.
