What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale strategic client projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans to ensure all tasks are completed within defined timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver project milestones seamlessly.
• Analyze integration, data mapping, and workflow needs in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct client presentations and provide in-depth training on product features and best practices.
• Perform post-implementation reviews to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise, client-facing implementation projects.
• Proven track record of implementing complex SaaS or health-tech solutions.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a result-oriented focus.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to the NYC headquarters.
