What you will do

• Supervise and develop Lendage Mortgage Advisor sales agents to ensure team goals and efficiency targets are met.
• Coach, inspire, and motivate team members, holding them accountable for individual KPIs and standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to establish plans for improving sales and operational productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and activity reports for the team.
• Ensure the sales team meets standards for prospecting, discovery calls, and application submissions according to underwriting guidelines.
• Implement and communicate company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes within the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years of experience actively leading a mortgage team in a call center environment.
• Active NMLS registration and eligibility to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements.
• Ability to analyze underwriting guidelines and lender requirements across various loan products.
