What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wholesale Account Executives to drive broker acquisition and production growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with broker accounts and key Loan Officers across approved states.
- Establish performance expectations, monitor pipelines, and drive accountability to achieve sales goals.
- Partner with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure a compliant and seamless origination process.
- Develop scalable policies, procedures, and operational best practices to support channel expansion.
- Analyze broker performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and partner retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services sales, including leadership experience in a broker or wholesale channel.
- Active NMLS license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and drive measurable production results.
- Strong understanding of mortgage broker operations and loan origination processes.
- Previous Salesforce experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience managing wholesale mortgage or TPO relationships.
- Experience leading remote or distributed sales teams.
- Familiarity with alternative lending, HELOC, HEI, or non-traditional home finance products.
