What you will do

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for member-facing medical, pharmacy, and ancillary benefits experiences.
• Own the end-to-end strategy for benefits discovery, eligibility navigation, and enrollment workflows.
• Build and maintain a unified benefits data model to align legacy systems into a single source of truth.
• Translate business priorities and client commitments into actionable delivery plans with clear sequencing and dependency management.
• Develop and track success metrics including engagement, accuracy, completion rates, and operational performance.
• Represent the benefits domain in executive forums, providing strategic recommendations and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience leading complex, multi-team platforms or enterprise-scale products.
• Strong expertise in healthcare benefits, including eligibility, plan design, deductibles, and claims data.
• Proven success delivering B2B2C or enterprise SaaS products with high reliability and operational complexity.
• Experience leading cross-functional, cross-platform initiatives with strict deadlines.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
