Salary: $165,000 – $205,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own the Growth pod roadmap end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
• Translate fragmented client requirements into scalable, configurable platform capabilities that serve multiple enterprise clients.
• Partner with Engineering to define integration architecture and data exchange standards to accelerate onboarding.
• Collaborate directly with Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams to surface and validate enterprise requirements.
• Set the growth strategy in alignment with the CPO and commercial leadership to reduce friction in winning enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically within B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Track record of building systems and infrastructure that scaled during high-growth business cycles.
• Direct experience working embedded with Sales, Client Success, or enterprise Implementation teams.
• Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, managed care, and/or employer benefits.
• Knowledge of APIs, data exchange standards, and benefit administration workflows.
• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or health plan integration landscapes.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other government health program contexts.
