Requirements Analyst (Business Analytics): Identifying client business needs and developing user stories for digital products supporting national security missions with an accent on requirements gathering and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on distilling complex business processes into actionable user stories and conducting current-state and target-state analysis.

Location: Remote (USA); however, occasional in-person presence at a Booz Allen or customer facility in Albuquerque, NM may be required.

Salary: $55,300 – $126,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with UI/UX designers, developers, and testers to identify business needs and gather user requirements.
• Develop clear, actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria.
• Lead teams through the process of creating and deploying high-value features.
• Conduct current-state and target-state analysis and design for software applications.
• Present recommendations to product owners based on data findings.

Requirements

• Secret clearance is required.
• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of experience working with technology.
• 2+ years of experience as a requirements or business analyst.
• Experience managing requirements using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe).
• Proficiency with brainstorming tools such as Mural or Miro.
• Experience working with federal and DoD organizations, including the Air Force and Space Force.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Agile Certification.
