Salary: $78,167 - $103,855

What you will do

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with IT and leadership to document requirements in JIRA/ALM tools.
• Perform Agile requirement management, backlog refinement, and user story elaboration.
• Conduct user interviews and develop formal business process models.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and change control for project artifacts.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish strong relationships with product owners.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
• 10 years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific/technical discipline.
• Strong background in Agile/SAFe methodologies and expertise with JIRA tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with VA’s Veterans Independence Program (VIP) or VA SQA Testing.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience working for Federal Health Agencies (VA, DHA, HHS, etc.).
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and claims processing applications.
