What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital learning solutions for regulatory and cybersecurity topics.
• Utilize Articulate Storyline, Rise, and AI authoring tools to create engaging course content.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align training with business goals.
• Develop and implement course templates for future learning initiatives.
• Maintain and update learning assets and documentation within SharePoint and internal platforms.
• Edit and advise on course scripts to ensure clarity and learner engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design for online training environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of Accessibility Standards (WCAG).
• Experience with collaboration platforms including SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical material.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior subject matter experts.

Nice to have

• Administrative or reporting experience with Cornerstone on Demand.
• Background in cybersecurity, technology, or compliance training.
