What you will do

• Develop and review course materials, including instructional methods, objectives, and assessment tools.
• Design realistic training scenarios and case studies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Maintain traceability of all ISD documentation in accordance with Quality Management Systems.
• Consult with customers on performance management and instructional strategies.
• Support proposal processes by developing solution narratives and deliverables.
• Attend customer interface meetings and prepare necessary presentation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional System Design or Adult Education.
• Five years of experience in military-related Instructional System Design.
• Experience with KC-46 or modern military aircraft maintenance training.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contract requirements.
• Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
