What you will do

• Work alongside operators to execute daily fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Monitor team adherence to production schedules and takt time.
• Provide peer coaching and informal training to team members.
• Manage material readiness, tool availability, and 5S workstation organization.
• Lead toolbox meetings and communicate shift goals.
• Support quality checks and ensure adherence to standard work instructions.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in fabrication.
• 2+ years of production or assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of standard work, quality expectations, and takt time principles.
• Proven peer leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work 100% on site in Surrey, BC.
• Demonstrated reliability and teamwork in a hands-on role.
