What you will do

• Set up and operate Collation and Tapelaying machines for payment card materials.
• Continuously monitor and adjust magnetic stripe alignment to ensure production accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks and follow procedures established by the Quality Control Department.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory control and material usage per job order.
• Train new hires on machine operation and workstation maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies.

Requirements

• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator is preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts (Days, Afternoons, Evenings) and occasional overtime/weekends.
• Physical capability to stand for 100% of the shift and lift up to 150 lbs with assistance.
