Salary: C$ 32.21 - C$ 56.25 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze and monitor quality metrics against objective parameters and author technical reports for management.
• Optimize manufacturability, cost, and quality of components and final products.
• Implement PFMEA and new programs to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks.
• Develop and implement quality procedures using Six Sigma, SPC, and GRR techniques.
• Conduct internal and external corrective actions and perform internal audits.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on continuous improvement and failure analysis.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Knowledge of switchgear systems (UL 891, UL 1558, IEEE C37) and IPC-620 standards.
• Experience with UL/CSA and ISO 9001 QMS systems.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum).
• Proficiency with SolidWorks for understanding technical designs.
