Salary: $175,000β$195,000 base pay annually (overtime pay for qualifying overtime hours for hourly and salaried non-exempt employees).

What you will do
- Create awareness of rare disease states and company products of focus, including proactive patient finding, lead generation, and disease education within Lysosomal Storage Disorders (LSDs).
- Develop and execute territory strategies to identify undiagnosed or misdiagnosed patients via targeted account profiling and interpretation of diagnostic pathways.
- Deliver compliant disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff, ensuring timely follow-up on patient leads and referral opportunities.
- Manage strategic account relationships and business development/prospecting across the full multi-state territory.
- Meet and/or exceed sales forecast, goals, and objectives; analyze and update the territory business plan based on current insights.
- Maintain compliance and operational execution: CRM updates (Veeva) and expense reporting (Concur), plus support of HCP conferences and speaker programs.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree from an accredited four-year institution (science or business preferred).
- 10+ years of pharma industry experience in related roles.
- Clinical experience selling specialty/rare disease products across a large geography covering multiple states.
- Proven track record of delivering top sales performance against targeted objectives.
- Excellent virtual/remote selling and customer engagement skills with strong verbal and written communication.
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and hospital credentialing processes (including drug test requirements, such as testing for marijuana).
