What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Troubleshoot and resolve 1st and 2nd line support tickets for hardware, software, and user access.
• Configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and manage user accounts.
• Support networking components including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and IP connectivity.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate asset documentation.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and assist with routine system maintenance and patching.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory users and permissions.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience working with virtual machines.
• Knowledge of IT management tools such as ManageEngine.
• Experience with Group Policy administration.
