What you will do

• Deliver responsive, white-glove technical support to executive leadership and staff via ticketing systems, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Administer enterprise MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf to oversee device enrollment and security controls.
• Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH.
• Provide hands-on support for critical meetings, including Zoom, Teams Rooms, and conference room AV.
• Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, endpoint administration, or corporate IT operations.
• 2+ years of experience administering enterprise MDM environments using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Strong systematic troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize in high-visibility environments.
• Experience supporting corporate video conferencing systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments (Azure Government, AWS GovCloud).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NIST 800-171 or CMMC.
• Jamf 200/300/400 certification.
• Experience operating in environments handling CUI or ITAR-restricted systems.
