TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support for Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, troubleshooting Google Workspace, M365, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and SSO authentication via Okta and identity platforms.
  • Deploy software and updates using MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf Pro) and perform remote hardware triage.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for EMEA employees, including laptop and peripheral configuration.
  • Develop help desk workflows, ticketing procedures, and knowledge base articles to scale IT support.
  • Collaborate on global IT projects and identify recurring issues to recommend system improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of help desk or technical support experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Experience with user account management in Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi, VPN).
  • Right to work in Spain or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MDM (Intune, Jamf) and SSO (Okta, Duo).
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
  • Familiarity with Linux and command-line tools.
  • ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Apple certifications.
