Location: Hybrid; primarily based at the head office in Reading, Berkshire

What you will do
- Resolve technical tickets via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Manage user accounts and profiles using Active Directory and Office 365.
- Perform maintenance on servers, networks, and PCs.
- Support the deployment of new equipment and software applications.
- Oversee the internal phone system management.
- Collaborate with employees across the UK and European offices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work from the Reading, Berkshire office (Hybrid)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive team ethic.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Logical thinking and natural problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience with Active Directory (user and group management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Administration and Teams telephony.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity products and the current threat landscape.
