What you will do

• Resolve technical tickets via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Manage user accounts and profiles using Active Directory and Office 365.
• Perform maintenance on servers, networks, and PCs.
• Support the deployment of new equipment and software applications.
• Oversee the internal phone system management.
• Collaborate with employees across the UK and European offices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work from the Reading, Berkshire office (Hybrid)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive team ethic.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Logical thinking and natural problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
