What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
• Support the development of product messaging, value propositions, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in planning and executing product launches and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support product initiatives.
• Track key product metrics and compile performance reports using dashboards.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements for NPI and sustaining activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
• Must be based in Lakewood, CO, USA.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Internship or project-based experience in product, marketing, or analytics.
• 1–3 years of experience in engineering support or technical marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools.
