Location: Home based (UK). Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years or more for security clearance. Travel to offices in Chippenham, London, Hemel Hempstead and customer sites is required.

Salary: GBP 50,000 - 60,000

What you will do

• Define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Translate strategy into commercially sound backlogs and high-quality technical requirements.
• Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to drive product innovation and growth.
• Engage with customers via workshops and user groups to gather insights and identify improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and provide regular reporting on roadmap progress.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a business or technical discipline.
• Proven track record in Product Management within the technology industry.
• Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years or more.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to conduct ROI calculations.
• Experience in the Public Safety sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to lead stakeholders and technical teams.
