What you will do

• Oversee safe and compliant operations of the wind farm installation.
• Monitor, maintain, and report on plant performance and SCADA functions.
• Develop annual operating plans and provide input on annual budgets.
• Direct and measure operational performance of staff and site contractors.
• Serve as the primary local contact for landowners, local authorities, and state agencies.
• Perform operation and switching of high voltage equipment and troubleshoot substation malfunctions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Fort Bridger, Wyoming.
• Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
• 7 years of experience in the wind industry.
• Ability to climb towers unassisted up to 300 feet and work in confined spaces.
• In-depth knowledge of NERC standards and utility regulatory requirements.
• High School diploma required; 4-year degree in business or engineering preferred.

Nice to have

• Technical training in wind plant operations.
• OSHA training.
• Proficiency in project management software, specifically MS Project.
