Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Lakewood, CO). Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee and manage multiple technical teams, focusing on utilization and workload forecasting
• Manage financial documentation, including revenue, write-offs, COGS, and net income
• Develop and implement one- and three-year departmental plans with quarterly milestones
• Mentor Team Leads and Engineers while leading interviewing and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide technical guidance and pricing alignment
• Establish and enforce Standard Best Practices to ensure high-level execution and deliverable quality

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution (M.S. preferred)
• 5+ years of engineering experience and 2+ years of engineering management experience
• In-depth knowledge of electrical system studies (short circuit, load flow, arc flash, harmonics, etc.)
• Proficiency with industry software such as DIgSILENT Power Factory, ETAP, CYMCAP, CDEGS, PSCAD, or PSS/e
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Excellent written and verbal command of the English language

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
• Experience performing system studies for renewable energy projects (wind, solar, or battery storage)
