Salary: $149,195 – $284,736 per year (depending on location)

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians to meet project deliverables.
• Manage diverse and challenging projects across a portfolio of design services and EPC programs.
• Oversee design quality, project budgets, and schedules for mega projects.
• Conduct research to develop equipment and material recommendations and perform complex engineering calculations.
• Manage client interactions, identify key drivers for complex projects, and support business development.
• Handle hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinate staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Experience managing EPC or design services for overhead transmission line projects for US investor-owned utilities.
• Strong understanding of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, and foundation design.
• P.E. License is highly preferred.
